Job Description:
The Territory Sales Manager reports to the Global Sales Director for the Bioconcept Dental Implants business. This position will develop and work with the local LATAM channel or distributors to support market development plans based on local market conditions and global best practices. Develop detailed knowledge of regional/local markets trends and dynamics to help overcome challenges and achieve growth objectives. The position will also be responsible for coordinating Marketing, Dentists Education, and support programs to achieve the defined objectives. Serve as the primary contact point for LATAM staff to resolve problems, follow-up on issues, sounding board on ideas, org structure, etc. as it related to the Dental Implants business success.
Responsibilities:
Develop the LATAM local channel and assist in the execution of country specific growth strategies in collaboration with local and regional distributors.
Support LATAM product launches through standardized processes for communication, commercialization strategies and tracking metrics.
Apply marketing leadership across the regions by developing and maintaining strong business relationships with the key opinion leaders around the world and recruit local dental KOL’s to develop markets for key product lines.
Participate in and establish strategic direction for key product lines. Work with global Marketing to assure LATAM customer input on new product customer requirements and specifications.
Provide technical support to distributors, sales force, and assist in training, meetings and conventions.
Ensure product availability and monitor forecasts as necessary throughout life of product lines.
Work closely with global marketing to define and drive product strategies, product marketing claims, and clinical and economic value evidence for international markets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.D.S preferred)
Minimum of 3 years marketing experience in dental device industry with experience supporting LATAM geography
Demonstrates strong strategic agility and business acumen
Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships: Marketing, Regulatory, New Product Development, Supply Chain, New Business Development
Ability to travel (up to 25% of the time)
Demonstrated success prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, strong results orientation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
